Hello team,

I have cleared the Completed the Databricks Lakehouse fundamentals accreditation and received confirmation email and certificate as well.

As per one of Databricks recent promotion, one could get voucher worth $150 if the user has valid Lakehouse Fundamentals Accredition. Attached is the screenshot of the same.

I've already filled out survey and submitted my certificate as proof before the deadline i.e. January 31, 2023. I have not received the voucher. I have already checked my spam mail as well.
