Hello Prabusankar,
The steps are very straight forwards:
1. Head over to login page: https://login.databricks.com/?intent=SIGN_UP&provider=DB_FREE_TIER
2. Sign up using Google, Microsoft account or your email address
3. Put the verification Code you get in your email
4. Wait for your account to be initialized (it takes around 1-2min)
5. And now you are ready to use it
