I'm playing around in Databricks Free Edition and I'm having some connectivity issues. I created one account with my personal email and one with my work email. My workspace created with my work email has internet connectivity, my personal account does not.
A ping in my work account will work, but in my personal account I get:
ping: google.com: Temporary failure in name resolution
The issue has persisted since creating the account and it has been over 24 hours now. I thought it might work itself out, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I tried to contact help@databricks.com, but they told me to post here because free edition doesn't include technical support.
I doubt anyone here can actually help me with this, but I'm hoping an employee can help me escalate this as it is probably something that needs to be fixed.

hey @jrtx
Can you confirm on both versions that you see "Free edition" in the top left?
The reason I ask is that there's two ways of setting up a 'free' account, the trial ($40 credit), and the free edition.
The free edition will be able to ping outward, but trial account will not:

Yes, they are both Free Edition and not trials
