ipywidgets stopped displaying today

everything was working yesterday, but today it stopped working as below:

The example from the DB website does not work either with the same error. The page source says

This is affecting my work~~~a bit annoying, is DB people going to look into this to fix it?

I am using Run Time Version 11.2

@oddo zhang​ , if possible, could you please try to restart the cluster and try again? Also, was there any changes done?

No change, I am using the example notebook as well:

Restart did not fix either, I think one error I get is

Stale widget: cannot display widget because the python repl changed. Please rerun the notebook

Not sure what this means.

Maybe you guys can try the example link as well see if it works today.

Today its back to work! I got a pop up window sayingimagethis should be the reason it was broken
