Hi Team,

As part of "Data Enginering with Databricks" course section "DE 4.2 - Providing Options for External Sources",

1. I can read total number of records of sales_csv table as 10510.
2. The append command in Cmd17 is supposed to increase this number 2x, in my view

But even after running command 21, the count doesn't change.

Q1: Is my understanding correct on point 2

Q2: Is my observation correct, or it's something to do with my workspace
