I'm constantly getting frozen "Cancelling" or "Running" cells since a few days when prototyping some stuff in notebooks.

And the same for instantiating functions (should be instant), neither finishing or able to cancel

This button doesn't work either:

Using regular all purpose cluster. Only option is restarting the cluster. Anyone else having this issue?
