Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue in Databricks Community Edition.
When I try to run a notebook, I get this error:

"Exception when creating execution context: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect Timeout"

What I have tried:
- Restarting the cluster
- Changing the cluster runtime version (from 12.2 LTS to 16.3)
- Using another computer and internet connection

The problem still happens.
I'm only running a basic notebook with no heavy computation or large datasets.

Could this be a configuration issue, or is the Community Edition currently unstable?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
