Do we need multi-node Shared Access Mode clusters?

While recent updates to Databricks Runtime have introduced limited write capabilities for single-node clusters in Dedicated Access Mode, the more robust, flexible, and officially recommended approach for writing to Delta tables with row filters is to use a multi-node cluster configured with Standard Access Mode.
