There are some alert objecttype for ACL - https://docs.databricks.com/sql/api/queries-dashboards.html#operation/get-sql-analytics-object-permi...
but not sure if that's suitable for your use case.
BTW, all available APIs for SQL are here -

Hello @Nick Hughes , as of today we do not expose or document the API for these features. I think it will be a useful feature so I created an internal feature request for it (DB-I-4289). If you (or any future readers) want more information on this feature request, please give the ID to your accounts team and they will let you know the status and/or can add your company name to it so that we prioritize it faster.
