Certificate received with wrong name...

Dear Certifications Team,

I have completed the Generative AI Fundamentals on June 27, 2024.

But I have received my certificate with wrong name. It is mentioned as Diwakaer Kumar.

It should be R Kumar only. So Can you please check and update the correct details and send to me.

Hello, i have completed my exam and received the certificate but name is wrong can you please help me how to correct it. And also the steps you are saying in the above are not visible.
