Rescheduled exam but launch button is not worked!!

Hello Team, @Kushal12345 , @Cert-TeamOPS
I encountered Pathetic experience while attempting my first DataBricks certification. I have faced technical issue of the launch button. I have been keep on mailing but no is responding to that and taken the kryterion supplrt but they cannot edit the policies to launch the button as what they were saying.
I have been mailing but the resoinse is very slow and the kryterion support also didn't helped me to launch the exam.Please resolve this on high priority.
