Missed my Databricks associate certification assessment

Hi Certification Team,

I have missed my  Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate assessment which was scheduled at 2024-10-01 10:30PM because of my laptop issue. My laptop got freezed and for restarting the laptop took 20 minutes. After that I tried to attempt the exam but the launch button is already disabled.

I have created a ticket on the same Ticket Number: #00544268 and Ticket Number: #00544646.

Please do the needful and reschedule the same exam on 2024-10-05 2PM(IST).
