I’m experiencing a similar issue. I was the only person in the house during my exam, so I’m unsure what might have caused a rule violation. Could you please provide a specific reason for invalidating my test?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if my exam could be rescheduled

The most important step is to file a ticket in our Help Center. Be sure to include the following details in your ticket:

  • Username
  • Exam name
