On July 23rd, 2023, my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Version 2 exam was suspended. I opened a case with Databricks for assistance, and they mentioned that I would receive a confirmation via email. However, I have not received any response yet.

Could you please inform how to proceed further ? Additionally, kindly let me know if there is any other action required from my side.
