My databricks certifications do not show up in my academy account

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. 

It has been months since I passed the DE associate exam and some of the fundamental certs, I see the badges in Accredible and the https://credentials.databricks.com/ profile however, I can't see them in the personal academy account or the partner portal account. I have added my personal email used to pass the exam as a secondary email in the partner portal (business account). 

How can I link these accounts so my certifications show up under my partner account?
