Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance in rescheduling my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification exam, which was originally scheduled for December 1st, 2024.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen medical circumstances, I was unable to attend the exam. If needed, I can attach a medical certificate from my healthcare provider to substantiate my situation.
I understand the importance of adhering to the scheduled exam dates and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your consideration for rescheduling my exam at the earliest possible date.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that the cost of reattempting the exam is $200, which is a significant expense for me. I would greatly appreciate any support or accommodation you can provide in this matter.
Thank you for your understanding and support. I look forward to your positive response.
Best regards,
