databricks certified data engineer associate exam got suspended

Hi @Cert-Team,

My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam got suspended on 2nd December..

I Started the exam and suddenly the alert appeared, I got message by proctor that my exam got suspended due to your failure to meet certain environmental requirements identified as there was nothing suspicious. Please I am requesting you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
