Databricks Exam got suspended

My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam got suspended today.
I was totally in front of the camera, and suddenly an alert appeared, and the support person asked me to show a 360° view of the room and the desk. I had shown the entire room and table twice. Not sure why the support person still suspended my exam. Please solve this issue. I really need to get the certification, and it is really important for my career. Requesting you to resolve this issue ASAP. I was in the middle of the exam, and almost 70% was done. Please let me know if you can resume my exam or reschedule it for some other day.
