I have created a ticket already on Tuesday about a suspended exam in which the training support team agreed to reschedule the exam to just provide a date and time. I did this yesterday morning, I scheduled my exam for December 19 at 11Am but i have received no response. When can I resume my exam the time I wanted to take it is going to passed already. I can take the exam today any time just as long as it is before 8pm today.
