I couldn't to start browser for databricks certification

Hello, I  have registered for databricks certified data engineering associate exam. One of the requirements to give the exam is

"The exam is scheduled for Sunday, December 22, 2024. However, I'm having trouble installing Lockdown Browser. I also have questions about the biometric profile:

  • Where do I create the biometric profile?
  • What is required to create it?
  • Will the biometric profile be available before I take the exam at the scheduled time?

I'm concerned that if Lockdown Browser doesn't work properly right before the exam, I might miss it.

Can you please help me resolve these issues?

Alternatively, based on the screenshots I've provided, is everything in order? Are there any specific actions I should take before the exam?"

And i get below notification everytime logged in.

Hi @Pruthviraj I think by now you probably completed your exam?

It is essential that if you have difficulty with exam set up or launch, that you reach out to Kryterion support directly as is explained in your registration email. KRYTERION Technical Support via chat (chat bot is at the bottom right of the support page)
