Typo in date mentioned earlier.

I have cleared my certification on 21st December 2024 at 12:00 PM UTC. However, I am yet to receive my Certificate. Opened ticket with Kryterion (#03020568), no luck yet. Any suggestion?

Thank you for your attention. My exam was suspended for brief span of time as they spotted dark circle on door behind me (paint faded). It was resumed after clarified to support executive. I cleared the exam after that. I am waiting for my certificate for more than 48 hours.
