I am unable to login to login to:

https://www.databricks.com/learn/training/lakehouse-fundamentals-accreditation?utm_source=databricks...

On clicking login it asks for email id, it then sends a verification code to email id. On entering the verification code, it again takes me back to login page.

Unable to login for completing the certification. 

Please help.
