Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional Suspension. Need help in resolving the issue

Hi all,

I have given the online exam for Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional on 6th August 2023. During my exam, my session got suspended by the proctor even though I was well-seated and wasn't looking away from my screen because of which I was unable to complete my exam. I even raise a ticket for the same on https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training page but the no response (not even a ticket confirmation). Can anyone please guide me on how can I resolve this issue?
