Exam reschedule Request due to date mix up

Dear @Cert-Team
I have missed the certification exam schedule. I thought it is 1:30PM instead of 1:30AM. Is there a possibility this can be reschedule to today anytime or tomorrow? The schedule page is a bit confusing as the afternoon box during schedule shows many time under it. So i thought the time shown below the the afternoon block was 1:30PM. Could you please help me in this issue.

I've again sent a ticket #00642144. I would really like to attend the exam today itself because i want to get certified by today. please consider my urgency.
