DataBricks Certification Exam Got Suspended. Require Immediate support

Hi Certification 

I encountered a situation where all biometric steps were passed when suddenly I launch the test, it got suspended. I reached out to kryterion web support to get information about test sponsor and they have not provided any solution to the issue.

I was not able to start the exam and the when I was about to re-schedule , none of the online proctor was not supportive. So I'm the state where I have lost my exam fee and not able to write exam.  Online proctor support is not upto the customer satisfaction. Till now I have not received any resolution for my rescheduling of my exam.
