iirc there's a link in that email to a page where you can input your email to retrieve your certificates. Try this: https://v2.accounts.accredible.com/retrieve-credentials

Check your email that used to register for the exam. You should have recieved a notifiation from Kryterion saying you have a provisional pass.  It can take a few days for Databricks to send you the notification of the "official" pass. They will then include a link to Accredible which is where your cert will post. Hope this helps. Lou.
