got confused on 24 hrs time format

Upon attempting to access my exam in which was scheduled for today Apr 27 at 2:00 PM, I encountered an issue on the Webassessor page, which stated: "Your assessment must be launched at scheduled time. Now the time has passed. Please contact Program Manager to reschedule the exam". It appears the system registered the exam for 2:00 AM instead of 2:00 PM, though I am confident I selected the afternoon slot.
I kindly request your help to reschedule my exam for today or an upcoming date at your earliest convenience before 30 apr. I have not got a chance to attempt the test.
Please help me resolve this issue. I kindly ask to help me in retaking this exam as this is very important for me. @Cert-Team
