I successfully cleared the Databricks Data Engineer Associate certification exam on  4th may 2025 with a good score, but I have not yet received the certificate or badge.

I attempted to submit a support case via https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training, but I encountered the following error:
"You currently do not have access to Help Center."

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I need to submit the certificate to my organization at the earliest.
