Databricks Data Engineer Certificate is not received even after 48 hours

Dear Databricks Team,

I have successfully passed the certification exam on 10th May, It's been 48 hours no updates on certification or badges. By when will it be reflected in the certification directory?

I also sent an email to databricks-community@databricks.com & community@databricks.com, but no reply to it.

Could you please help here?

Thank you for reaching out to Databricks Community support!
It can take up to 48 hours for badges/ certificates to be issued. Also please check your spam just in case it went there. If you do not receive your badge in 48 hours, please file a ticket with our support team. Please also provide them with your email address so that they can look up your account (it is not advised that you post your email address here in community)
