Request for rescheduling the suspended exam

Hi Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue I faced during my certification exam. After starting the exam, it was paused and then resumed after a few minutes. However, shortly after restarting, the exam was unexpectedly suspended.

I’m not sure why this happened, as I ensured that the entire room was shown, including all four sides, and there was no background noise or anyone else present. I followed all the exam guidelines strictly.

I raised a support ticket on Friday evening, but I haven’t received any response yet. This exam is extremely important to me, and I have put in a great deal of effort preparing for it. Successfully completing it would be a significant step forward in my career.

I kindly request you to reschedule the exam at the earliest possible opportunity. I would be truly grateful for your help.
