I recently completed the Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification exam and have not yet received my certification. Please check the attachment. Could you please check on the status and let me know when I can expect to receive it? I would greatly appreciate your assistance, as I need the certification for my professional records.

Hi @nydatabricks786, please file a ticket with our support team. they will need the email address you used for your certification account to determine the issue. Also please check your spam folder, sometimes the email goes there.
