Hi,
I'm facing an error when I try to log in to my Databricks account while taking some courses and aiming to earn my badges. The account shows me this error:
"
You are not authorized to access https://customer-academy.databricks.com. Please select a platform you can access from the following list.
https://databricks.docebosaas.com
Partner Academy (Partner)
partner-academy.databricks.com
"
How can I fix this, please?

Hello @SalimAhmed!
This error usually occurs when your account is registered under the Partner Academy. In that case, you won’t be able to access the Customer Academy.
Please try logging in through the Partner Academy (https://partner-academy.databricks.com/learn).

Hi - I am getting the same error message and redirect today. I am definitely a customer and not a partner and it looks like the redirected URL https://databricks.docebosaas.com is just community 'free' training when I logged in there. I've also lost all my completed and in progress training ... I've raised a support ticket on Databricks Academy but interested to know if anyone else had this issue and a successful resolution?
I'd rather not have to restart all my training from scratch.
