Can't use voucher code to register for exam

Hello,
I have been recently given a voucher code by my organization to register for the Databricks Data Engineer Associate (Version 3) exam. However, when I tried to apply the code, the page kept showing "Candidate is not associated with the promotion code". Attaching a screenshot for your reference.
I'd be glad if someone could help me with this ASAP.

@surojitmondal20 This is likely because you did not use your work email when you created an account. Please log in to your account and change your primary email address to your work email address and then the voucher should work.
