Test got Suspended.

Hello team,
I faced multiple pauses while attempting my certification exam. The exam got pauses twice where I showed my desk & entire room. My exam got suspended eventually. I was not involved in any unfair means & i was already 40mins into the test.
I have worked hard & planned for this test for 2 months. Need urgent support here please.
I urge you to resolve this on high priority & this is not fair with the time, money & efforts I have put in.
