Hi Team,
I am writing to seek urgent clarification and assistance regarding the suspension of my certification exam. I am unable to understand the reason behind this action, especially considering the steps I took to ensure full compliance with the exam guidelines.
While I understand there were some network issues during the previous attempt, today's attempt was conducted with a stable internet connection (approx. 83 Mbps). Despite this, I received a message indicating that video was dropping, followed shortly by the suspension of my exam for "technical violations."
I would like to clarify that I strictly adhered to the exam rules, including -showing all four walls of the room, clearly displaying the table surface and corner and ensuring a quiet, distraction-free environment.
At the time of suspension, I had only 5 questions left to complete the exam. This certification is crucial for my role at my organization, and I respectfully request a prompt review of the session recording to help understand what went wrong and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Please let me know the next steps or if any additional information is required from my side. I have also raised a request to reconsider and the request number is --- #00701267.Kindly do the needful it is very important for my career. Thanking you and hoping for a positive response.
