Before starting my Databricks Associate Data Engineer, Exam got suspended

Hi Team,

When I attempted the exam I didn't get the launch option to write the exam. Immediately I raised a ticket immediately and reference number is #00646884.
I want the team to reschedule my exam since I didn't attempt the exam. My exam is at 11 AM BST.  

Below are details:
First Name: Padmasri
Last Name: Vuppuluri
Webassessor Login: padmasri950@gmail.com
Exam Name: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate

Please help me further ASAP.
