Exam Suspended - Requesting assistance to reschedule the exam

I’m reaching out to understand why my exam was suspended at the very beginning, despite following all the instructions and showing my complete environment clearly. I haven’t done anything wrong, and I was fully prepared to take the test. I kindly request your support in clarifying the reason and helping me with the process to take a retest as soon as possible.
