I had scheduled my Databricks [Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional] certification exam for 17 August 2025 at 5:15 PM IST. However, when I checked today, the system showed my exam time as 5:15 AM IST. Because of this discrepancy, I was unable to attend, and now it shows that my exam window has passed.

 

This is extremely concerning, as I had prepared extensively and paid ₹21,000 for this exam. I am attaching screenshots of my booking confirmation and the current exam status for your review.

 

Request Databricks Support teams to please look into this urgently. I kindly request either a reschedule at no additional cost or guidance on the next steps, as this appears to be a scheduling/time-zone error on the platform.
