Exam Interrupted—Request to Reschedule/Reset Databricks Certification Exam

Hi @Cert-TeamOPS , @Cert-Team and   @Certificate ,

My name is vennila palani, and I was scheduled to take the 24 may 2025 4:00 AM using the lockdown platform. My registered email address is nilasackthi@gmail.com

During the exam, I encountered a technical issue:

The system displayed “Your exam is paused” and disconnected me.

When I relaunched, it showed “Waiting for proctor permission.”

After waiting over 15 minutes without reconnection, the session timed out and would not relaunch.

I believe this interruption was due to a network/system glitch rather than any error on my part. As a result, I was unable to complete my exam.

Could you please:

 

1. Reset or reschedule my exam for the earliest available date.

2. Confirm that no additional fee will be applied due to this technical interruption.
