Missing digital credentials for Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate (Exam Date: 8/31/2025)

The digital credentials for the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam are missing. The certification was successfully passed on August 31, 2025, but the digital certificate or badge has not been received via email. According to the FAQ, credentials are typically issued within 48 hours. Since that time has passed, it would be appreciated if this matter could be looked into. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, how are you?

I'm having the same problem and no one is responding to my requests or tickets. It's been almost 15 days since I passed the exam and I haven't received my certificate.

What did you have to do to get your certificate sent to you?
