Issue In Receiving Data Bricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Certification

Hi Team,

I have taken the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Exam recently on 07/09/2024.However I have not received neither my certificate nor my badge upon checking I found out that my organizational email address was wrongly populated in the webassessor portal. It is populated as inidranil.mitra@dbizsolution.com (Incorrect Email Address) which should be indranil.mitra@dbizsolution.com  (correct Email Address) it is a genuine typo error and can happen by any human being. I have updated the email address in webassessor portal and had connected with Kryterion team they suggested me to connect with databricks team and raised a support ticket  I have raised a support ticket and checked the junk but no credential mail is sent till now. Please help me to get my certificate.
