To The Databricks Certification Team,
I am requesting an urgent policy exception for a mistakenly booked exam.
My open support TICKET No: #00772404
The incorrect exam is - Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate exam at 11:30 AM(IST) on 1st Nov 2025
I realized the error and contacted support immediately today around 12:15 PM (IST), but the cancellation deadline has passed. I am asking for an exception to be granted to credit the fee so that i can book the correct exam or change my exam to "Databrciks Certified Data Engineer Associate"

If you have already raised the ticket, I would suggest you to wait, and because its a weekend expect a slow response.

Hi, I had the same problem and I've seen it mentioned frequently in the forums. I believe it's due to the beginning and end times being the same for all exams. Did they resolve yours? I'm still waiting for them to contact me.
