Hi team,
I already added a few tickets since Saturday waiting for the reply. Please help me with this issue. I really would like to write the exam today itself. I really need to get certified today itself. Being Certified is very important for me. The Ui of the time scheduling was a bit confusing that's why I mixed up the time zone. Please understand the urgency of the issue and help me in this regards.

Dear @Cert-Team
I have missed the certification exam schedule. I thought it is 1:30PM instead of 1:30AM. Is there a possibility this can be reschedule to today anytime or tomorrow? The schedule page is a bit confusing as the afternoon box during schedule shows many time under it. So i thought the time shown below the the afternoon block was 1:30PM. Could you please help me in this issue.

I scheduled a Data Bricks Certificate Assessment on Apr 1st, 2025, which I believed it was at 4.30 pm but it's actually at 4.30 am....Could you help me to reschedule this assessment to a very recent date? And I have also filed a request online, with the request number to be #00643409. Will be really appreciated for your assistance!

I had registered for the Databricks data engineer associate certification exam.
I have missed the certification exam schedule, by mistake I choose Sep 24 instead of Sep 30. And I thought I chose for Sep 30.
Is there a possibility this can be rescheduled?

I missed the scheduled certification exam due to an urgent and unexpected production deployment task. I had planned to attend at 12:15 AM but was unable to make it.
Could you please suggest if there is any possibility to reschedule the exam? I have also raised a support ticket for this situation (Ticket #00789248).
