I came across the Partner Champions Program information (Databricks Partner Champions Program) and wanted to check if this program is still applicable under the 2026 Partner Program changes that has happened recently.

Specifically, I would like to understand:

- whether the program is still active in its current form
- if there are any changes to eligibility criteria or nomination process
- whether Registered/Bronze partners can still participate
