Hello,
I had submitted a request for an exception to the 18-year age threshold for Databricks certifications on these 2 pages:
However, it’s now been around 10 days since I sent the requests, and I haven’t received any response from Databricks yet. I’ve even sent 2 follow-up emails to training-support@databricks.com, but haven’t heard back there either.
For context, I’m a 14-year-old student in India, and have earned 5 certifications from Microsoft and Oracle for their Cloud and AI services previously. I am super keen on giving this exam in May, during my school vacations.
Is it normal for responses to take this long? Are there any other steps I should take to follow up, or any other ways I should contact them?
Thank you,
Viren

@viren1231 Amazing to see such young aware folks. It was new to know that age limit restrictions are on the exam.
I would suggest you to take on the free resources and accreditations.
Building is more important than certis ~ your work will speak louder than these papers.
All the very best!
