Exam got suspended

Hi Team,

During the exam, the proctor abruptly requested me to show my desk setup, and I promptly complied with their request. To my surprise, the proctor repeated the request multiple times, causing a significant interruption and waste of precious exam time. Afterward, I was informed that my exam had been suspended due to a perceived failure to meet unspecified behavioral or environmental requirements. I was given no opportunity to discuss or clarify the situation further, and the suspension of my exam was executed.

I want to emphasize that I had approached the exam with complete honesty and integrity, adhering to all stipulated rules and guidelines. As a result, I am deeply perplexed and concerned about the proctor's actions during the exam. This experience has been disappointing, as I had not expected such behavior from a professional proctor overseeing a certification exam.

In light of this incident, I kindly request the exam to be rescheduled at earliest today itself.

Moreover I have tried to raise the request twice on desired link , but not received a single acknowledgement with request no. even in spam folder.

Request @Cert-Team @Cert-Bricks @Sujitha to please help resolve this at the earliest as I need to provide this certification for my project in next 2 days.

Hi @Cert-Team @Sujitha @Retired_mod @Cert-Bricks It's been more than 18 hours now and no one has even responded either here or on email. 

I have tried multiple times raising the request however no email acknowledgement. I have checked all folders including spam but no luck.

Could you please help resinstate or reschedule my exam at earliest possible.Please note that it's a urgent issue for me as I need to submit this certification for my new project. Waiting to hear back!

Hi @Sujitha Please note that I have followed the same process thrice and it says I will receive email acknowledgement but no luck. I have already looked into spam folder as well.

Same occurred with me. No chance to clarify, nothing. I roamed around the entire room just to get my exam suspended eventually. Hope it gets resolved soon. Proctors need to consider us as humans not bots.
