Hello Everyone,.

While I am writing the exam , it got paused and re directed to customer support and they asked me to show the whole room. I have showed them patiently and suddenly the chat got disappeared and showing like its suspended. 

Really I didn't understand why it is like this?

Do i need to re write the exam or i will get a new voucher or what should i need to do

can anyone please help me on this.
