Acedemy Labs - "Included" courses free or charge?

So, if you purchase an Academy Labs subscription for a year, are all the courses that's marked as included free of charge? When searching in the Academy Labs page, they are marked as "Included" but there's a price of $75 (for example) on each.

If you purchase the Academy Labs subscription, all courses marked as Included will be accessible under that plan. The $75 price mentioned refers to the option of purchasing individual courses separately, but with the subscription ($200), you’ll get access to all the included courses together.

which includes a lab demo , will I have access to the demo material notebook and stuff or not ? and if yes how do I access or download them?
