I am 70% done with those modules under Data Engineering Associate. I found that my name in profile is my nick name. When I completed my those modules, I got cert of completion with my nick name used in my profile. When I try to change to my official name then it does not save. Does Voucher has name associated as well?

I ended up finishing the trainings on 7th July instead of 6th thinking that it would be 6th July mid night PST. Can you please consider this as an exception for certificate voucher?
