Our Community Fellows are Bricksters who consistently provide quick, accurate customer help and high quality content. This internal program recognizes those who go above their daily work to share knowledge, improve our forums, and support the Databricks community. FGC Challenge (Fellows Generated Content)
In December, the community saw strong FGC contributions: @AbhaySingh published 3 Community Articles, @Louis_Frolio contributed an article and also shared six posts across LinkedIn, and the month wrapped up with a Walkthrough post from @Emma. We are so lucky to have the expertly written content from our valued Databricks SMEs!
Hall of Fame Induction!
We welcomed one new Brickster to the Hall of Fame in December: @Emma, with a contribution of 41 points in our forums right after joining (answering many of them over the holidays) is now a level 1 fellow. She started STRONG, landing in second position by only one point in December! We have a 🌟 bright new star 🌟 in the Fellows and I’m excited to see this rapid race up the charts.

Impact since launch
Our Community Fellow Bricksters have posted an incredible 1,321 replies since the program launched in mid-September 2025. Bricksters contributed to over 25% of all replies in December. Participation has grown by 112% since launch, showing strong and steady momentum. We’ve also improved the overall response rate by increasing the answered post percentage by 3 points, and the accepted solution rate is up by 9 points.
